Component and pattern enhancements

• Add host-configurable Code Editor current-line, wrapping, embedded chrome and
  fixed-height behavior; Text Area focus forwarding; context-specific Button
  and password-reveal names; and a compact Progress Steps rail.
• Improve Number Input clamping feedback, Text Field reveal target size, Form
  Wizard focus and errors, Wizard Summary wrapping, and Tile Group metadata,
  status and unavailable-choice descriptions.
• Add selectable Resource Row, Verdict Banner and dry/live Mode Indicator;
  show per-node live figures in Flow Builder. Resource Row now describes a
  slotted status badge without a duplicate status attribute.
• Add Dialog disabled/busy confirmation and Drawer footer-only dismissal,
  with native and React examples. Preserve the Nav Sidebar toggle when
  collapsed and avoid nested navigation landmarks in App Shell.
• Ship React, Angular, Vue and Svelte adapters in lockstep at 0.28.0.

Process Modeler reference-parity issues #321–331 remain open for Riptide-owned
side-by-side acceptance and adoption; this release does not claim those are
complete.
