• Add host-owned atomic full-layout Tidy and Make a section transactions, including
  accepted layout/selection history and chronological queued observer notifications
  (#451). Later observer edits survive acceptance and keep undo order.
• Add explicit local-variable projection metadata and typed host-owned Add, Remove,
  name and starting-value requests; global About editing, scope meanings, and ordered
  local/saved-output summaries (#452). Preserve controlled-echo caret, duplicate-name
  focus, current owner paths and custom editor identity.
• Match measured variable-control anatomy, Box glyphs and native Tab order; contain
  long owner names and visibly ellipsize long summary cards at narrow widths (#453).
• Preserve typed directional, Add next, routed-midpoint and world-point insertion
  intent, including host-owned pickers without a catalog and accessor-backed points
  (#454). Palette Add next retains gateway branching.
• Add mixed box/line/layout-note selection and graph Ctrl+A excluding sections,
  selectable notes, atomic host-owned Delete and a distinct mixed-copy request
  (#455). Record accepted selection through undo/redo; preserve real note focus,
  host move vetoes, toolbar anchors and synchronous observer chronology.
• Use concise attention names with empty/missing-title fallback and preserve
  connection-action targets across zoom (#448); snap selected Tidy translation
  (#449).

These are additive library contracts. Host implementations own graph mutation,
clipboard capture, persistence and adoption. Production consumer acceptance and
optional reader-metadata backend persistence remain pending.
