• Reject stale building-block chooser and palette intent after document loads,
  including reentrant focus callbacks and modal dismissal (#457).
• Add optional host-authored expression scope, tooltips, textarea rows, feedback
  and safe Examples. Replace selected text during variable insertion and preserve
  focus, range and disclosure state through controlled host echoes; reset on
  navigation or document load (#459).
• Restore narrow View menu Tidy, Undo and Redo actions, native Enter/Space-to-Tab
  entry, selected-view radio semantics and lifecycle-safe outside dismissal.
  Match toolbar action grouping, icon Add, rounded controls and Checks glyphs,
  wording, colors and line height; repair the 900/1100px View offset (#460).

Host implementations still own expression evaluation, graph changes, persistence
and adoption. Remaining Process Modeler acceptance criteria retain their existing
scope; this release does not claim full inspector or consumer adoption acceptance.
