  • Ship the core and all six framework adapters together at 0.42.3, including SolidJS and native Preact in the existing trusted-publishing release train.
  • Record independent review and verified 0.42.2 registry bootstrap availability for SolidJS and Preact. Keep their human bootstrap separate from OIDC provenance and first-publisher validation.
  • Update installation/support documentation and the lockstep manifests/core peers. Component and adapter runtime behavior is unchanged from the reviewed implementation in #591.
