I have done few changes :
Add new variable "cumulative_packet_count" - Tracks packets over 10 minutes.
Update verbose option for detailed logging.
Cleaned up and clarified read_arduino_data and parse_data functions.
Update --lsl & --csv so that one of them is must.
Update the output on console - Data count per 10 sec, data count per 10 min, sampling rate , Drift.
