Disclosure: we run Crawlwise Data, an API that watches public sitemaps and feeds and sends a signed webhook when URLs are added or removed. There are many public "Refresh request" issues for /websites libraries (for example #3240, where the docs changed after the last index), so we wanted to ask: is re-indexing for website docs triggered today on a fixed schedule, by manual requests, or by something else?
