Fixes

  • Windows: certificates are verified by Windows (its certificate store, distrust list and revocation checks). SSL_CERT_FILE, if set, replaces the store, now also for HTTPS proxies (#256, #259, #260)
  • activity:log and other commands that stream activity logs (#258):
    • Use the same proxy settings as other API requests, including no_proxy
    • Show new log lines sooner
    • Report why the log stream could not be opened
