Native runtime 3f0f578f2b53 (orchestrator V2)

Native runtime built from t3code fork commit 3f0f578f2b53421118a105132ed9b269c55e6750 on upstream release v0.1.0 (81493efb71e8e8244f95d3e9f71d8369654ab151), the same base as native-runtime-be5e6f862275. New since be5e6f862275: after the sandbox was paused (seen as the wall clock running more than 1 s ahead of the monotonic clock between one-second samples), the OpenCode adapter sends no prompt or command until every MCP server that was connected or reconnecting has reconnected since the latest pause and reports connected. It re-dials those servers, checks before the turn and again right before sending, sets aside a server list read across another pause, and waits at most 15 s per check; what is owed is kept with the OpenCode process, so a session that replaces another still owes it. A turn that runs out of time fails with a message saying so, and the next turn dials again any server still owed. Nothing else changes: command items on the wire are as in be5e6f862275. Codex client schema stays generated from Codex rust-v0.162.1. Dependency version 0.1.0 (fff-node 0.11.0, node-pty 1.2.0-beta.15, keyring 1.3.0). Supersedes native-runtime-be5e6f862275.
