The native runtime for the orchestrator V2 lane, built from the t3code fork at source commit b8229bffd8efe99bd13dba704cc085123f33eb0f (upstream nightly v0.0.46-nightly.20261003.2632 plus the fork patch). Changes since 68863eaf53be: a run whose answer could not be delivered to its provider on any attempt is stopped with that reason instead of waiting forever; Claude's refusal fallback dialog is advertised and answered (a Manual-mode person chooses to retry on the fallback model or stop, an unattended turn retries) instead of ending the turn; Codex asks its native questions in Manual mode, and a question on an unattended turn is answered at once so it never waits on a person. The staging step downloads the archive by name and checks it against backend/runtime-assets/manifest.json before the image build.
