- Set the version of every workspace package from 0.11.3 to 0.12.0 so they release together
- Publish the public cli and sdk packages as 0.12.0
- Bump the private auth, build, db-infra, dispatcher, platform, shared, and twilio packages to the same version
- Change only the version field in each package.json, with no dependency or script changes
