Scroll stops working when dragging outside the panel

Description:
Hello,

When dragging in scroll mode, if the cursor moves outside the panel area (to the right, beyond the screen), the scrolling action stops working. This makes it harder to navigate large JSON content smoothly.

Expected Behavior:
Scrolling should continue even if the cursor goes slightly outside the panel area during drag mode, so that large content can be navigated without interruption.

Actual Behavior:
Once the cursor moves outside the right boundary of the panel, scrolling stops immediately.

Environment:
OS: macOS
Browser: Safari 18.6 (20621.3.11.11.3)
