[BUG] Typo in licence information

**Describe the bug**
There is a typo in license information.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'Seetings->License'
2. See typo in Activation description

**Possible solution**
Change 'thr' to 'the'.
