[BUG] Logout Observable Emission Issue

Describe the bug
When the session is closed in the application, the system is not properly notifying this event, for this reason the header is displayed in the login.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Log in
2. Click on Sign Out'
3. See error
