[BUG] Select dropdown body positioned behind other form elements

The issue lies in the display of the dropdown body of the select menu in the form. While the menu appears correctly, its position on the Z-axis (z-index) seems to be lower than that of other form elements, causing it to be hidden behind them

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Compliance.'
2. Click on 'Compliance Schedule'
3. Click on 'New Schedule'
4. See error
