Description
In the kudos section, if we give a kudos rating from a closed ticket so this ticket's kudos rating shows in the below listing but does not count the closed status ticket's kudos
How to reproduce
Step 1: Go to the customer panel and give the kudos with a closed status ticket:
Step 2: Now check the admin panel, click on the kudos option, and here the kudos listing showing but not increment in the kudos count:
Possible Solution
If we give a kudos rating from a closed ticket so this ticket's kudos rating should be added to the total count in the kudos rating:
