Add uyuni storage tool

What does this PR change?

Uyuni storage tool is a port of https://github.com/SUSE-Enceladus/susemanager-cloud-setup
with adaptions for VM images and bare metal installations.
It can be used for adding extra storage after Uyuni / SUSE Manager is already setup.
