From pathpy created by verginer : sg-dev/pathpy#13

Several problems in working on the codebase could be caught if before merging into the main branch the code would be tested on travis against several python versions on pristine machines.

  • investigate the cost to have a private repo on travis
  • set up for the public repo trevis tests for pull requests
