Build dependency: static libraries (static-1.2.0)

Internal build input, not a package release — use the versioned releases, which bundle every slice in a single XCFramework. These assets are the arm64 static libraries for macOS, iOS and the iOS simulator built from patched MediaPipe sources (see source/README.md); scripts/fetch.sh downloads them and verifies the SHA-256 values pinned in config/versions.env.
