Breaking (Windows): taskus run and validate now read only secrets.sec and stop with an error while secrets.yaml exists. After upgrading, run taskus secrets protect next to taskus.exe once. It encrypts secrets.yaml for this machine (Windows DPAPI) and deletes it. Use taskus secrets unprotect to edit it. Linux keeps reading secrets.yaml.

Windows x64 builds: self-contained (no .NET needed) or framework-dependent (needs the .NET 10 runtime, smaller). Unpack a zip and run taskus.exe. See README.md and Docs/design.md.
