Esco wrote this script to get the URLs from the repo. It is for RSS feeds, but can output custom formats if modified a bit.

Remember to not add the packages the Publisher wants to publish them self or have automated them self
For example Rainmeter where they don't want the beta version and they publish them self, and OhMyPosh which he have automated.

Yeah, I was also planning to exclude repositories that are archived or a new release has not been published for more than a year because there is very little probability that the developer is still working on the software and it will only eat my API rate limit.

Also note that a lot of repositories do not use the version number they use in the ARP table in their GitHub releases, making writing a do-it-all script somewhat complicated.

(Jackett and AWS' CLI off the top of my head, but I'm sure there's more. VSCode too).
