Install tool chain

git clone https://github.com/riscv/riscv-gnu-toolchain.git
cd riscv-gnu-toolchain
./configure --with-arch=rv32i --prefix=/opt/riscv32i
make newlib

Create code rom in vhdl

cd make/wishbone
make rom
