Added

• SSR can fetch relative URLs (base set by MountConfigBuilder::ssr_fetch_base/--ssr-fetch-base).
• SSR forwards the browser's cookies to same-origin fetches (ServerState::request_with_cookie).
• LazyCache::refresh() - refetch without a loading state.
• Links with rel="external" are left to the browser.

• on_click no longer prevents the default action unless ClickEvent::prevent_default() is
  called.

Fixed

• Fetch keeps the HTTP status for non-JSON bodies; bare text/plain is recognized as text.
• Links with a fragment scroll to the element instead of to the top.
• Modified clicks (Ctrl/Cmd/Shift/Alt, non-main button), target and download links are left
  to the browser.
• mailto:, tel: and javascript: links work; same-origin absolute and relative links are
  routed in the app.
• An app with a mount point no longer takes over links outside of it.
• Driver::route_to_public and Driver::public_build_path give the same path in SSR as in the
  browser.
• SSR HTML preserves text whitespace exactly (incl. <pre> and <textarea>).
• Item id not found when an autofocus element was removed before getting focus.
