operation abort --yesrestores every patch under its full name. It used to let StGit name patches from commit subjects cut tostgit.namelengthcharacters, so a patch name over 30 characters failed the abort unlessstgit.namelengthwas 0 (#154).
forkctl 0.0.47
forkctl 0.0.47
Fixed
- The mounted task now requests Rust's minimal profile explicitly. It no longer inherits a machine's default profile or tries adding
rust-docsduring completion against a minimal toolchain (#151).

- The skill's declared-check example names
.ast-grep/rules/lint.ymlwhere it namedrules/lint.yml, a path that reads as a file the skill ships and that skill reference checkers report as missing (#149).

operation abort --yesno longer fails when a hook rewrote a tracked file, such asmise.lockafter a pin change; it discards that change, as its plan says. An operation stopped by its final check now names the fix: stage paths a hook rewrote that the patch owns, thenoperation continue, or restore the others (#147).

forkctl 0.0.44
Fixed
- No operation can stop without a way forward.
patch editrefuses a scope that no longer covers the paths the patch changes before it writes anything, and apatch editwhose final check fails stays resumable in phasechecking, aspatch refreshdoes.patch remove, disable, enableandrebasename the fix, publishandoperation abort --yeswhen their final check fails.operation abortends the operation once the stack is restored, even when the restored stack failscheck, and says so.contract editnow regenerates every export, like every other command that writes the bookkeeping patch (#145).

forkctl 0.0.43
Fixed
- Source patch exports are now the same in every clone. Their
indexlines carry full blob ids, where git's automatic abbreviation grew from 8 to 9 characters once a clone held more objects, socheckfailed withexport differson a clone that had fetched more of upstream. Astgit.diff-optssetting in the clone's or the user's Git configuration no longer changes an export either. The firstpatch refreshafter the upgrade rewrites theindexlines of every export, so make it the refresh that moves the forkctl pin (#143).

publish --promote --proposaltakes the proposal pull request's URL, as its help says: forkctl reads the pull request's head withgh, fetches it from the downstream remote, and refuses a URL of another repository or a proposal that moved afterghread it (#125).
forkctl 0.0.41
forkctl 0.0.41
- The shared verify runs verctl's version guard: ctl-core's Rust tasks at 0.6.27 and verctl at 0.5.1, so a manifest version changes only on the Version PR (#122).
forkctl 0.0.40
forkctl 0.0.40
- Releases run through verctl's reusable release workflow at 0.5.0: each push to
mainpublishes any version commit not yet fully released, builds its tarballs, and opens or updates the Version PR onverctl/release/main. The macOS gates and the mounted task still run against each new release tag (#120).
forkctl 0.0.39
forkctl 0.0.39
- forkctl now builds on ctl-core 0.6.23, serde-saphyr 2.0.0, and yamled 0.0.7 (#114).
