Bug Fixes

• Fixed connections to password-login servers through a jump host timing out when that jump host was used for the first time.
• When a connection through a jump host fails, the error now says whether the jump host or the target server is the problem.
• If a jump host's fingerprint changes, you're now asked to confirm, the same as for other servers.
• Fixed servers reached through a jump host sometimes showing a false "Server Fingerprint Changed" warning.
