- fix the 26 coordinate-semantics browser regressions from the inspect
  refactor: a caret in a relate array gap previews the placement prefix
  it would insert into, focused iterations stay visible as context, and
  semantic targets keep priority over bare inspector targets
- restore sketch editing from the cursor target and keep the caret and
  decorative source marks while editing a shared sketch source
- prepare core, layout, materials and screws 0.0.1-alpha.11 with
  refreshed public example locks
