This fork is only from a mirror. You would have to contact the maintainer via http://www.vim.org/scripts/script.php?script_id=1487 .
I am currently looking myself into the situation of Django support in Vim, and may contact him about it later.
I am also using Eclim (http://eclim.org/), which provides indenting for Django.
