filetype cmake vim plugin

Assumptions

You have indent/cmake.vim and syntax/cmake.vim, and also when you edit CMakeLists.txt the &filetype is "cmake".

Usage

<C-x><C-k> in insert mode to use dictionary completion (Vim's builtin feature.)
