This is a mirror of http://www.vim.org/scripts/script.php?script_id=1499 This little script makes a HTML file from a RFC (request for comment) text file from IETF.org. The TOC is converted into a navigation-frame and anchors inserted everywhere in the document. Some visual improvement are done : bold title, rulers between pages, etc.
