This is a new tab modifier chrome extension. To use this extension , go to your chrome browser and type. chrome://extensions after that you will be taken to a page. now first check whether developer options in right is checked or not. If checked then click on the load unpacked extension button and browse to the folder where you have your downloaded this file in zip (It should be unzipped before use). If the process is successful , the extension will appear in the list down below. Now just open up a new tab and enjoy.
