Your health, magicka and fatigue stay where they are. In a cell the multiplayer server
wasn't actively running, it kept sending back a frozen copy of your bars from when you
entered, so mid-fight your health, stamina and stagger kept jumping back to full. Those stale
reports are now ignored. A second bug saved the default starting character's maximums over
yours for a few seconds after reconnecting, which is how characters ended up with health 35/35
or magicka 30/50. Bars now wait until your own character has loaded, and damaged maximums are
recalculated from your attributes the next time you join.

The inventory and map windows come back. A saved window setting could leave them hidden
for good. They are now switched back on every time you join. If you are still on the first
quest and lost Caius's package, you get it back.

"Send home" only shows on your own server's players. It appeared on the global player
list too, where it couldn't do anything.

Slightly smoother with other players nearby, and the game now reports how long each frame
takes, so the next round of frame-rate work can tell whether outdoor slowdowns come from the
processor or the graphics card.
