Three applications to be created

NewsLoader
- Description:Scrapes data from the news websites and stores in to the data store.
NewsProcessor
- Description:Captures the recent news scraped by the loader and applies the relevant tag to them
NewsNotifier
- Description:Captures the recent news processed by the processor and notifies the notification server.
