Fixes
Channels stayed dead when TVheadend disabled an override. TVheadend disables an override once a scan notices its sid is not a real SID in the PAT. A disabled service refuses to stream, and TVheadend then rejects the subscription with No input source available without ever touching a tuner.
recreate_mux_if_needed could not detect this — it only looked for a rival service carrying the original SID, and TVheadend creates none when it simply disables ours in place. It logged already correct, nothing to do over a channel that was dead. The proxy now flips the node back on, re-importing it as-is rather than re-patching it (which appended a second copy of the CA and H264 streams on every run).
Retry budget was too short. The same immediate connection close happens whenever every tuner is busy, which clears only when another subscription releases one — routinely longer than the hardcoded 10s window. The proxy exhausted its retries inside a single tuner-lock attempt and exited, TVheadend respawned the pipe, and the channel appeared to start and then break in a loop.
The budget is now configurable with --retry-seconds (default 120), and the exponential interval is capped so a longer budget means more attempts rather than increasingly distant ones.
