LVP version 0.3-beta

LVP has now entered the beta version!

I have done some optimizations to the program and now, video's load much quicker thanks to asset_protocol_scope(), which is why I could make the front-end directly access the file instead of sending the file through ipc (inter-process communication), which took some time.

Plans to make it even more clean in the future

Installation instructions:

Start the installer (provided with release) and make note of the installation location on your way through (default: "C:\Program Files\LVP")
Then, in windows settings, change the app that opens ".mp4" files and point it to the installation location (see above). Official Microsoft guide to change standard apps
The app is untested with other video formats, but it might work. If come to test another format, please make sure to make an issue about it in the "Issues" section and provide details about the file format. Thanks in advance!
