This PR:

  • Removes all of the directly copied theme files
  • Uses remote_theme instead of theme to get Minima:
    • Provides an easy way to update the theme later if they add new features we want
    • Comes with a neat RSS feed subscribe button
  • Updates the README to explain how the remote theme can be customised
