Nest QrackAceBackend._correct

The levels of scope nesting of various error-correction or error-mitigation levels of features in QrackAceBackend should correspond with how "low-level" any single technique is, with deeper nesting being "lower level." As such, _correct should be deepest, and is_error_detection should be outer (with is_boundary_repetition_code outermost when enabled, despite a lack of proven gain, disabled by default). This has been subjected to light empirical A/B testing.
