  • Transliteration features:
    • Adopt uniform phonemic mapping for ITRANS vowels adhering to the ITRANS specification: e/o represent short vowels (Kannada ಎ/ಒ, Devanagari ऎ/ऒ), E/O represent long vowels (ಏ/ಓ, ए/ओ), with ^e/^o supported as aliases (fixes #37).
