Scanner fixes

  • Preserve bounded imported-POM and ElementHandle state-read candidates for contextual review.
  • Keep nested callback and generator retry execution unresolved instead of silently exempting it.
  • Avoid missing-await warnings on directly observed catch chains and duplicate candidates for the same assertion.
  • Recognize bounded plain cleanup in registered Playwright tests.

Review evidence

  • Add source-pinned analysis tasks, source locations and explicit review requirements. Unresolved analysis continues to exit 2; a task is not a confirmed defect.
  • Align scanner documentation and installation commands with 3.2.1.

Validation

  • macOS full local CI, Linux ARM64 Node 22 checks, and packaged CLI consumer checks.
  • Existing 69 authored target variants retained; six additional OSS files matched the frozen shell scanner by pattern and location.
  • The frozen shell oracle has explicitly recorded Linux omissions. These are regression and compatibility checks, not a general accuracy benchmark.
