VoipAppz Builder 0.1.15

@github-actions github-actions released this 27 Oct 14:44

Windows installer: VoipAppz.Builder_0.1.15_x64-setup.exe. Not code-signed yet, so SmartScreen warns on first open (More info → Run anyway). On Windows, choose a voipappz/app checkout inside WSL2 (\\wsl.localhost\<distro>\…).

Changes since v0.1.9:

  • Builder opens in its own window (WebView2) instead of the default browser; the tray has Open in Browser.
  • The setup window shows the API login as green once it is set, and the version in the header and tray.
  • Pre-flight checks the API login before setup; a login saved in the app checkout's .env is used for Builder's worktree.
  • The setup sign-in uses the API address you chose.
  • The agent runs from the app's own packages (bin/npm.sh exec -- claude-agent-acp), npx until the app has it.
  • Setup errors include the app's own explanation.
  • CI: an end-to-end job clones voipappz/app and runs setup, dev, Builder and the agent.

Open Builder in its own window, v0.1.14

The Builder page opens in a desktop window (WebView2, Chromium, on
Windows) instead of the default browser. The tray's Open in Browser
still opens it in the browser.

Show the API login as green when it is set, v0.1.13

The setup window marks the login set when both fields are filled, or
when the app checkout or Builder's worktree already has it in .env.

Start the agent from the app's own packages when it has them, v0.1.12

Once the working copy's node_modules include claude-agent-acp
(voipappz/app#273), Builder runs bin/npm.sh exec -- claude-agent-acp
instead of npx. A custom agent_command is left as it is.

Run WSL commands with --exec so their quoting survives, v0.1.9

wsl.exe without --exec hands the command line to the distro's default
shell first, which removed the quoting Builder adds: the pre-flight tool
check lost its loop variable and reported git, make, bash and curl as
missing in a distro that has them. The same applied to make and the
agent.

Run the app in WSL2 on Windows, v0.1.8

On Windows, an app folder under \\wsl.localhost\<distro> (or \\wsl$,
\\?\UNC\wsl.localhost) now means the app runs inside that distro: git,
`make setup`, `make dev` and the coding agent run through
`wsl.exe -d <distro> --cd <linux path>` with the distro's login shell, so
its own tools and Claude sign-in are used. Onboarding accepts such a
folder; other network shares are still refused.

Pre-flight in WSL mode checks wsl.exe, that the distro runs WSL2 (the
previews reach the dev server on localhost, which only WSL2 forwards),
git/make/bash/curl inside the distro, and free space on both the distro
and the Windows drive that holds its disk.

The write boundary checks the agent's Linux paths by their
\\wsl.localhost names, so symlinks and `..` are resolved as on a local
disk. Commands in the distro get only PATH and the variables Builder adds.
