Managed Agents (ark agent)

• New ark agent activate command (Volc): explicitly activate the managed-agent charge item before first use. A confirmation gate protects the activation (--yes for non-interactive runs), and the command reports activated / already_activated together with the managed resource type and names.
• Activation status detection repaired: managed_agent.list_charge_items now accepts both the ARK Result envelope and legacy flat responses, fixing false "activation status unknown" failures when checking whether the managed-agent resource is available.
• Agent Plan image model catalog updated: doubao-seedream-5.0-lite is retired and doubao-seedream-5.0-flash added as the optional (non-default) image model for +gen under agent-plan profiles.

Installation & updates

• Home/state-directory permission failures are now actionable: when the CLI or postinstall cannot create a state or skill directory (for example an unwritable HOME/USERPROFILE on Windows), the error names the offending directory and suggests remediation — including +connect --path for a writable target — instead of surfacing a raw "Access is denied".

• arkcli-agent: new references/activation.md covering managed-agent activation, plus refreshed evals.
• arkcli-gen / arkcli-shared: Agent Plan vision-alias references updated from doubao-seedream-5.0-lite to doubao-seedream-5.0-flash.

Bug fixes

• Fixed managed-agent activation checks failing against enveloped ListChargeItems responses (no more spurious managed_agent_activation_status_unknown).
