Installation

• Skills opt-out for npm installs: set ARKCLI_SKIP_SKILLS=1 when running npm i -g @volcengine/ark-cli to skip the Skills download and auto-install and get the CLI only. Only the literal value 1 takes effect; the default behavior is unchanged, existing Skills are not removed, and you can still run arkcli +connect manually at any time. (ARKCLI_SKIP_POSTINSTALL=1 skips the entire install hook and cannot be used to skip only Skills.)

Managed Agents (ark agent)

• Vision model support: the agent model catalog now includes the Vision models aligned with the console, with whitelist/access guidance — agents can be created with a Vision fork while the base agent type is preserved, and tool-model recovery is documented.

Helper (ark helper)

• Supabase connections now support VE and STS-only identities, with broker identity credential injection.
• Canceled web-search installs stop promptly instead of lingering.

Skills

• Volc Skills bundle synced to v1.0.43 (26 skills); arkcli-agent adds the Vision-agent reference.
