Added

• Compaction model in /context. A new Compaction row picks the model
  that writes summaries (compaction_model in config,
  GRAY_COMPACTION_MODEL in the environment). If it errors or returns
  nothing, the summary is retried on the chat model.

Changed

• A growing draft pushes the transcript up instead of covering it, and
  deleting lines slides the input band back down.
• Pasted images land at the caret rather than the end of the draft.
• README drops dead commands and marks the ones plugins own.

Fixed

• No black strips around question prompts or the / and @ menus; their
  rows are painted edge to edge.
• A question or approval that opens while you're typing no longer takes
  your keystrokes as answers.
• request_user_input waits for the user instead of timing out after five
  minutes, and its modal closes when the question is no longer pending.
• gray memory shell calls and the native memory tool read as
  Remembered/Recalled/Forgot rows.
• kitty/Ghostty image previews no longer flash as a black box.
