Fast mode can be chosen when a company conversation starts, and the switch is easier to see.

Changes

  • The new chat page shows "Fast: tắt / Fast: bật" next to the company model when the team's Harness in Agent Studio allows fast mode. A conversation created with it on is on Fast before its first message runs (session.create carries fast: true); a Harness that does not allow it refuses the create with the company-policy message. Before, the switch appeared only in the header of a conversation that already existed.
  • The Fast switch in a conversation's header turns amber while on, so a member sees at a glance that its calls count 2.5 times toward the quota.
