Pi Agent Platform v1.32.0

A company stream that fails or is stopped ends at Studio too, so the conversation's account is free for the next request (Agent Studio 0.32.0).

Fixes

• When a company model stream ends with an error or the member presses Stop, Piagent asks Studio to end that request (POST /v1/requests/{id}/cancel, using Studio's X-Request-ID, the role's own token, fire and forget, 10 s). Behind Cloudflare a dropped connection may never reach Studio: on 2026-10-19 a degenerate answer kept streaming there for 10 minutes and every retry of that conversation was refused as "account busy". An older Studio answers 404 and nothing changes.
• New failure words for Studio's output_limit_exceeded, client_cancelled and superseded (roles only, never model names); output_limit_exceeded is asked again by the company turn retry.

Tests

• tests/managed-failures.test.mjs: a stream cut mid-answer and a stream stopped with Stop are both ended at Studio with the role's token.
