Bypass is kept after a reload, and a tab in use stays signed in.

Fixes

• Turning on Bypass (or Fast) right after a reply was refused by the Gateway as session-revision-stale: the turn had changed the conversation once more as it ended, so nothing changed and a reload showed "Hỏi trước". Access and Fast are now sent again against the latest revision, like a rename.
• Opening another conversation that was also in Bypass showed "Hỏi trước": the access button was reset for the switch and only followed a change of the choice. The button and Settings → Access now follow the open conversation.
• A browser session ended 8 hours after its launch even while its tab was in use, so a long or hung turn ended on the expired screen. A request past half the session's time now renews it and sends the cookie again, up to 7 days; only a tab unused for 8 hours signs out.

Tests

• tests/managed-bypass-switch-reload.test.mjs: two company conversations turned to Bypass right after their replies, switched between and reloaded, all show Bypass.
• tests/piagent-webui-loopback-server.test.mjs: a session in use is renewed past half its time, within the cap, and the tab gets its cookie again.
