Select 选择器，输入法导致，title显示异常且无法清空 #8369

Steps to reproduce
1.在select搜索框内
2.切换中文输入法（微软/搜狗），输入中文不动。
3.直接使用鼠标选中对应的item，无法显示对应的title，并且无法清空、无法选择其他的值
4.点击输入框内，再次输入中文，选中文字即可恢复。
What is expected?
title正常显示且可以清除
What is actually happening?
title无法显示，数据无法清空。选中其他的item，无法显示。
