Change tag from div to li element

The div element under the Transition Group on [this page](https://vuejs.org/examples/#list-transition) should be a li element.
For elements that are allowed under the ul element, I refer to 'Permitted content' in technical_summary on [this page](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/ul#technical_summary).
