Proposed Solution

Add a global components typings

Additional Information

Did not add react (JSX) exemple because it is more complex and less straightforward: we need to extract the the props/events from a vue component instance and THEN create a global component in JSX namespace https://www.typescriptlang.org/docs/handbook/jsx.html#intrinsic-elements
