This PR adds casing option (
"kebab-case"and"camelCase") tovue/custom-event-name-casingrule.The recommended casings for Vue3 will change. So this rule adds an option so that you can enforce either.
Also, I think the user needs to select the casing, so remove the rule from configurations (
"plugin:vue/essential"and"plugin:vue/vue3-essential").close #1347
