Unable to add modifiers to triggered event

I was trying to alter the keyup event as with the old version, but the new API doesn't have an options argument yet.

Yep, we need to support this. Thanks for pointing this out, I will fix it and release another alpha when it's done.

This is a very easy (I think) first issue. Just port the (releveant) logic from VTU beta, I don't think this has changed much from Vue 2 -> Vue 3 since it's just DOM APIs.
