yorkie dependency breaks docker build

Steps to reproduce

clone git@gitlab.com:opndev/javascript/docker.git

Run docker build -t vue . to see the error.

You can also see it happening, as it is directly related to yorkie if you checkout the branch yorkie and run

docker build -t yorkie .

It is fully related to yorkie, but I cannot create issues against that repo and it hasn't been updated in recent years. I would like to request to remove yorkie and add Huskey (as seen in other issues at your github).

Maybe disable git commit hook support as a whole, let the user decide if one wants that in their project.

It seems to be related to npm i --no-package-lock, when setting npm config set package-lock false and running npm i it all installs fine.

I do wonder why yorkie is a dependency that we need to install. The package hasn't received updates for over three years and seems to be a dead project, where no issues can be filed against.
